These reports allow for the best win themes to be written into the proposals. Coordinated the sales and product information for APSP, including slick sheets, brochures, and other documents needed for trade events. Coordinated the building and maintenance of the internal and external websites, which marketed the product to clients and provided communication and events to the account teams. Managed communication with leadership and coordinated all QA efforts for each release and coordinated successful deployments of 3 releases under budget and in scope. Managed all pre-sale and proposal work for the APSP Platform. Proposals ranged from $5-$60M USD. Worked on a variety of clients to streamline portfolio reporting, delivery consistencies, and industrialized processes to utilize off-shore locations.
